Prospective authors are invited to submit their draft paper to Electronic Submission System (pdf only\uff1ahttp:\/\/www.easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=icoce2014)or icoce@saise.orgbefore July10, 2014.The submitted paper can be in MS WORD format or PDF format (6\u2264pages\u226415).
