Also, GPGPUs have<br \/>\nbeen considered as a natural alternative to fulfill the computing<br \/>\nneeds for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applications.<br \/>\nRecent developments have shown intensive research activity in these<br \/>\nfields.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of this workshop is to provide a forum to discuss and<br \/>\nevaluate emerging techniques, platforms and applications, capable of<br \/>\nharvesting the power of current GPGPUs as well as to share new ideas<br \/>\nfrom the research area of Artificial Intelligence. <\/p>\n<p>The GCA workshop seeks for high-quality papers on various topics,<br \/>\nincluding but not limited to: <\/p>\n<p>* GPU computing<br \/>\n &#8211; GPU applications<br \/>\n &#8211; Computer graphics on GPUs<br \/>\n &#8211; GPU compilation<br \/>\n &#8211; GPU programming environments<br \/>\n &#8211; GPU power efficiency<br \/>\n &#8211; GPU architectures<br \/>\n &#8211; GPU theoretical computing models<br \/>\n &#8211; GPU benchmarking\/measurements<br \/>\n &#8211; GPU embedded systems<br \/>\n &#8211; Multi-GPU systems<br \/>\n &#8211; GPU cluster<br \/>\n &#8211; Heterogeneous GPU platforms<br \/>\n &#8211; CPU-GPU cooperation<br \/>\n &#8211; CUDA\/OpenCL\/OpenACC<br \/>\n &#8211; Deep learning on GPUs<\/p>\n<p>* Artificial intelligence<br \/>\n &#8211; Artificial neural networks<br \/>\n &#8211; Big data analytics<br \/>\n &#8211; Data mining<br \/>\n &#8211; Deep learning<br \/>\n &#8211; Experts systems<br \/>\n &#8211; Fuzzy logic<br \/>\n &#8211; Machine learning<br \/>\n &#8211; Natural language processing<br \/>\n &#8211; Computer vision<br \/>\n &#8211; Reinforcement learning<\/p>\n<p>[Paper format]<br \/>\n* Regular paper: 5-7 pages<br \/>\n* Poster paper: 3-4 pages<\/p>\n<p>[Publication]<br \/>\nThe conference and workshop proceedings will be published by Conference<br \/>\nPublishing Service and submitted to IEEE Xplore and CSDL digital libraries.<br \/>\nAlso, they are submitted for indexing through INSPEC, EI (Compendex),<br \/>\nThomson ISI, and other indexing services.<\/p>\n<p>[Special Issue]<br \/>\nA Special Issue, on selected papers from CANDAR&#8217;18 main conference and<br \/>\nWorkshops, is planned.
