\nThe High Performance Extreme Computing (HPEC) technical committee announces the Seventeenth Annual HPEC conference to be held 24\u201326 September 2013 at the Westin Hotel in Waltham, Massachusetts. \n \u2022 Networking Interconnects and Distributed Computing
\n \u2022 Fault-Tolerant Computing
\n \u2022 Embedded Cloud Computing
\n \u2022 Digital Front Ends
\n \u2022 General Purpose GPU Computing
\n \u2022 Advanced Processor Architectures
\n \u2022 Data Intensive Computing
\n \u2022 New Application Frontiers

All submissions will be competitively reviewed and judged on their technical merit, novelty, and relevance to the technical program. Preference will be given to papers with strong, quantitative results. The conference will have both oral sessions as well as poster presentations.
