Mobile Computational Photography 2014, part of program track on Mobile Imaging
This conference is intended to bring together world class researchers and practitioners that develop and deploy imaging technologies to enable novel solutions for mobile photography. Submissions are accepted on theory, application, and experience.
The scope of the conference includes:
optical designs for ultra slim cameras
sensor designs and data transfer for mobile devices
plenoptic cameras for mobile devices; integral / lightfield imaging
image capture with extended modalities: extended depth-of-field, dynamic range, low light, etc.
multi-touch technologies and innovative gesture interfaces
novel displays for mobile devices
computational image enhancement (e.g., noise reduction, super resolution, image stabilization)
computational methods for extending depth of field, dynamic range, etc.
novel applications made possible with camera arrays (e.g., refocusing, multi-view stereo, depth)
advanced computational approaches (e.g., GPUs)
HW/SW codesign optimizations for computational photography
