Prospective authors are invited to submit their draft paper to Electronic Submission System (pdf only：http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icoce2014)or icoce@saise.orgbefore July10, 2014.The submitted paper can be in MS WORD format or PDF format (6≤pages≤15). The Notification of Acceptance Letterwill be sent before July25, 2014.And the Registration Deadline is August10, 2014
