CMECE2014 and 2015 had been held in Sanya， China and Zhuhai，China successfully.
Publication
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of CMECE 2016 will be published in the volume of MATEC Web of Conferences (ISSN: 2261-236X), which is indexed by Ei Compendex, Inspec, DOAJ, CPCI (Web of Science) and Scopus.
